    Keep your spirit up Maria, perhaps next week the loss will come [grouphug] and who knows, it may be twice what you expected. At least if you didn't enjoy the muddy fields and cold, I am sure the dog had a great time [msnwink]

    Not so good today for me - I find it far more difficult at work[msnsad]

    Breakfast - Oats so simple and banana
    Lunch - Pitta with cheese and salad, greek yogurt, apple and banana
    Snack - Packet of crips and 2 chocolate brazils
    Evening Meal - Pasta with cheese and alfredo sauce. Cheesecake
    Drinks - black coffees, water and 1 cappuccino.

    Tomorrow I have dinner with work colleagues so just hope I can find something that is not too rich on the menu.

    After the bit of a naughty day I had on Friday I got right back on track on Saturday. I will post my food diaries later.

    Yesterday for me:
    porridge & pear
    chicken tikka & peppers in wholemeal pitta
    blueberries, raspberries & activia yoghurt
    prawn stir fry with 2 oz wholegrain rice
    banana & pear
    drinks – water, green tea
    gym – lots of cardio!!!

    Hi everyone.

    Sorry I haven't kept track over the past week or posted, my daughter had the Noro Virus, she wasn't well at all but all better now and back at school!!

    Went back to Image Therapy this week after my hols etc and lost .5 lb!! Really pleased so all set for the week ahead. Had a nice lunch

    Soya sausages
    Baked beans
    2 eggs
    2 slices Nimble bread
    Black coffee.

    Hope everyone is doing well - I will have a look back through posts later!

    Frances well done on the loss [clap] and sorry to hear your daughter has been unwell, that virus is a bad one that's for sure [grouphug]

    had a totally spot on red day today 100% on plan

    brekkie 1 slice toast n jam 1.5syns for jam
    banana
    lunch beef broth and 57g 1/2 wholemeal roll*
    tea omlette made with 2 eggs turkey rashers mushrooms onions and peppers
    fresh fruit salad
    hi fi bar 6 syns

    total syns 7.5 [angel]

    ** confession time i never weighed these rolls before and today i decided too, they weigh double what i was counting = 2 healthy B's so now i've cut them in half, i know now i wasn't 100% on plan last week if i was counting only 1 healthy B for these rolls, no wonder i didn't lose any bleedin weight [msnembarrased]

    Another Green Day
    Porridge HE B
    Milk x 2 HE A
    Pasta and a little chicken for dinner HE B Mayo 2 1/2 syns
    Alpen Bar 4 syns
    Jacket potato filled with chilli for tea (chilli made with quorn mince.
    Plenty of fruit throughout the day.

    Just had a good workout with the nintendo wii, I didn't realise how violent I could be but ladies you should see me boxing. The tennis is great too and as I don't excercise much I really was beginning to feel the burn.[msnwink]

    Julieanne, i have posted you the SW plan booklet so it should be with you any day soon

    Paula not sure if you have seen it in the argos book but coming soon to a nintendo Wii is a fitness platform and you can do yoga and such on it, it's expected out around may/june time[msnsmile] we are going to be getting a Wii after we come back from florida, James wants cooking mama as he was playing on it at my friends house over christmas, he was busy making pancakes on his ds version last night[ihop]

    i have Jo off sick today, she is very rundown and pale and she looks totally exhausted[msnsad] i feel powerless to help her feel better and i so hate that, this part of being a mum completely sucks [msncry]
