    Food diary for me green as usual......

    banana and actimel 1.5
    skinny lattes HEA's
    4 muesli ryvita = 2 HEB's
    muller lite
    mexican bean salad bowl with cheese 6 syns
    extra small latte 4 syns
    satsumas and grapes
    lots of water

    just about to have a Horlicks Extra light 2 syns so total syns 13.5[msnsmile]

    food diary for me - green

    brekkie 1 slice toast n jam 1.5syns
    lunch wholemeal roll and healthy a cheese
    sunbites 6 syns and ever so addictive so not buying any more
    banana
    veggie pasta quiche with salad
    hi fi bar another 6 syns

    total syns 13.5, have been feeling very bloated and grumpy today and don't know why[msncry]

    Another good day for me. My SW consultant rang tonight to see how I was getting on. At class last week she asked whether I rather red or green days, I said red although I've mostly had green so far this week, I think I find it easier.

    Food diary today....green again
    Quaker Oats HE B
    Milk 2x HE A
    Tuna pasta for dinner 2 1/2 syns for mayo
    Tea Egg chips and beans.....slimming world sytle of course.
    Plenty of fruit throughout the day and 2 muller lights....dinner and tea.

    i prefer green too Paula, i don't feel as hungry on green and even though i lose more weight when i do red days i am also more likely to stray after too many off them so i plod on with what i know suits me best and just have the occasional red day or meal

    you will work out over the next few weeks what works best for you[msnsmile]

    another good day for me, got myself on the ball first thing for 20mins and then took Olly for a long walk straight after

    mix to max day

    toast n jam 1.5syns
    banana
    beef broth and wholemeal bun (red)
    kiwi and melon
    mushroom risotto (green)
    hi fi bar and choc optons drink 8 syns

    total 9.5syns

    Got my first weigh in tomorrow..........wish me luck.
    I can honestly say that I have food optimised 100% this week and everything I've eaten has been marked down......Note....I fodd optimised and not dieted.

    Red day today
    Porridge HE B
    Milk 2x HE A
    Tuna and salad for dinner Mayo 2 1/2 syns
    SW Cottage Pie 1/2syn
    Muller light and plenty of fruit during the day.

    I know I'm not using many syns at the moment but really need to get working on that one.
    Will let you all know how I got on.

    BTW I've been trying for over an hour to log on to SW site but keep getting an error message up.

    had physio today and I feel like I have done a workout[sporty] my quadraceps are wasted away so I have a lot of work to do building my thigh muscles up which in turn will protect my knees[msnscared]
