Another good day for me. My SW consultant rang tonight to see how I was getting on. At class last week she asked whether I rather red or green days, I said red although I've mostly had green so far this week, I think I find it easier.

i prefer green too Paula, i don't feel as hungry on green and even though i lose more weight when i do red days i am also more likely to stray after too many off them so i plod on with what i know suits me best and just have the occasional red day or meal
