Maria, I will have a go at putting the photos of the manatees up but as I haven't done this before, it is likely to be trial and error.
Thanks also for the advice Julie and Maria on taking a snack - I really do need to get into this habit.
Food diary slighly better today:
Breakfast - croissant with cheese
Lunch - salad with cheese
Evening meal - salad again with smoked mackral
Syns include ice cream and a slice of cheesecake[msnsad]
Drinks - lot of water, 1 glass of orange, black coffee and 1 capuccino.

Feeling very positive and settled in my 'good' routine again since being back on track fully,
and it's a very nice feeling, trying new recipes and meals too which is nice[msnwink]

lunch was small bowl special k, syns i think 5? and banana
pear and kiwi this afternoon

another small bowl cereal 5syns
i'm craving cereal and bread like crazy which means my period is due, must get better organised tomorrow, i have the syns to cover the cereal which means i'm actually still 100% on the plan but i just don't feel like i am, supper will be that extra healthy B (toast)

Had a good day today but think I've eaten too much fruit - been on the loo all evening[msnsad]. Still not completely back on track but moving in the right direction[msnsmile]. It's my birthday on the 2nd so am aiming to be 100% by the 4th.
