Back in touch with the forum - we are now in Florida having travelled on the 15th. The journey was pretty tiring as we left particularly early due to the heavy rain at home and flooding on our route to the airport which we had to find a way to avoid - hence yesterday took it easy.

On the 15th couldn't face breakfast so early but had a croissant at the airport with a capuccino. Flight lunch - vegetable tikka and cheese and biscuits. Evening, fruit and coffee.

16th - breakfast croissant and black coffee. Lunch, pizza and green salad but succumbed to a publix cheesecake slice. Evening cheese salad and fruit.

Today. Porridge and fruit, black coffee. Cheese and tomato roll. Noodles and mixed vegetables.

Loved the vacuum cleaner Julie - could definitely do with one myself. [clap][msnwink]

I could probably do with loosing some weight, probably around half a stone. It is probably the health eating that is more important as I do tend to snack and on things that are not good for me - crisps and chocolate brazil nuts are my downfall. [msnsad]

Congratulations on the new arrival Marie [cheers][cheers] I am sure you will like WWB - it is nice and tranquil but within easy reach of the parks and many other activities.

i have lots to do today being busy always helps keep me on track, i still have some toothache which means more soft foods and another visit to my butcher of a dentist, yesterdays food diary was poor

    brekkie oats so simple
    lunch wholemeal roll and chicken
    melon
tea was ww rice pudding (a whopping 6 syns for a tiny tub)

and that was it except for the 8 painkillers, some bonjela cool and a disturbed nights sleep
    [msnsad]

sorry, i know i shouldn't be moaning when others could be in far more pain so more hugs for you Julie, i really hope you are pain free mrs [grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

I'm going to try and be good Marie [msnwink] Foodwise I can probably just about manage it - it's the alcohol that will let me down [party2]

I'm disappointed to say that I only lost half a pound last week [msnsad] but to be positive it's a start and at least going in the right direction!

    Yesterdays food:
    porridge
2 fruit & spice oaty biscuits
fish shop fish & mushy peas
    activia yoghurt & blueberries
    banana
    activia yoghurt, pear & banana
drinks – water & green tea

Brought the chocolate cake to work so that everyone else can eat it except me...

Good luck at the dentist Marie [grouphug]

    How you doing Julie ?
    Julie

Hi there glad to hear that some of you are doing well. I haven't managed to get back on track yet - I have been looking through all my SW recipe books ( I have quite a few hardback books that I bought from Amazon, so if anybody needs a recipe I'm sure I could find one) to get planned and sorted ready to start. I am not sure whether to rejoin class nearby which is a Thursday night or go to one that is a little further away but on a Monday.

Julie I hope you are continuing to recover and the pain is easing a bit. My son had his cruciate ligament done last year so I know what you are going through!

My bloomin' wireless connection keeps dropping out which is a real pain!

    Have a good day ladies[msnsmile2]
