OK Julie - I'll try and post my food diaries - it will hopefully help me cut out the rubbish [msnwink]

    Wednesday...

    porridge
    grapes
    spicy mexican rice
    banana
M&S cou fish pie and sweetcorn
    activa yoghurt
    orange
    3 chewy mints

I just wanted to pop in and say how good it feels to finally be back in control big time, it's really quite liberating[msnsmile]

I have had a rough 5 months with food and lack of exercise due to my knee but now my knee op on Tuesday and the start of the new year it's great to be fully back on track and in control.

The reason I am posting this is to help anyone else who is still struggling, or having trouble getting going[msnsmile] it may just motivate them is some way or another if you know what I mean[msnwink]

Also even if everything else in your life is manic if you are eating right and keeping your body in best possible condition it is much easier to handle the other up's and down's of everyday life[grouphug]

OK speach over [msnembarrased][msnembarrased] just made a lovely omelette for lunch.........

boiled 4 new potatoes, some peas and some mushrooms all in a pan drained and beat 3 eggs, chopped the pots and mixed all together, put 1 tablespoon of olive oil (HE B) in the pan and poured in the eggs etc in and cooked tossing half way though, served with some more peas[msntongue] Yummy and very filling[msnwink] Free on green plus HE B[clap]

i do a similar omelette but with cooked pasta Julie instead of the potato and i mix quark with the eggs to make it nice and creamy, it's nice because you can throw any veggies in, my fav is red onion, peppers and tomatoes, add cooked pasta then add the egg/quark mix and some laughing cow light triangles (healthy a) on top to make a yummy cheesy pasta bake[msntongue]

i've had another good day - red

usual brekkie 1 slice toast n jam 1 syn
    banana
    chicken salad
quorn stir fry with sweet chilli sauce 2syns
fruit salad, i'm eating a lot more fruit than usual [msnwink]

hi fi bar later 6 syns total syns 9[angel] exercise = good hours walk with Olly in the rain and 20 mins on the ball [sporty] i like the ball now, we have become good friends and now that i no longer fall off it's kinda fun [msneek]

Still not feeling so good so my food intake has been very limited:

    Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - pitta bread with cheese
Evening, soup in a cup and pitta again as I couldn't face cooked food
2 cappuccinos + lots of water
