Evening all, finally managed to get the insurance sorted and 4.45 this afternoon! Marie neither of yours would cover ED - they (along with everyone else) declined to cover her. Our existing insurers declined to cover her cancer, but are happy to cover her for everything else. I (and the screening chap who I spent ages talking to) think it is because it is so rare they don't know what to do!

Been a busy day as had hair appointment this am, quick whizz into the office and then most of the afternoon on the phone, when all I wanted to do was have a nap. I feel like I have 3 burning pokers in various parts of my body, and had to sit up late tonight to collect YD from a do at her work from a village hall about half an hours drive away. Hit the chocolate today so another one to write off!

Fiona I hope you enjoy Italy but don't overdue things mrs[grouphug]

Hope everyone else has had a nice saturday[msnsmile2]

The weather today has been just perfect, sunny and it reached 84 until mid afternoon when it has clouded over and dropped to 80[msnwink]

I will do a bit of a trip report later - we had a very scary experience on take off that even spooked me!!!!!!

    Take care all[msnsmile2]

good to hear you arrived safely Julie and the weather sounds perfect [msnsmile] nice car you got there too i see [msnwink] pls keep us informed with foodie pics and i think it's only fair you come and confess some syns back on here with piccies so we can all drool [laugh][grin][laugh]

good to hear about the insurance getting sorted in the end Fiona, at least it's one less thing to do and worry over, like Julie says you really should still be taking it easy mrs or we're gonna have to nag you [grouphug]

Paula, how's the bike going? i've got to admit i've had almost every piece of exercise equipment going to man at one point or another and a lot of the time they end up as clothes horses [msnembarrased] i am still on the ball now n then but that stopped when i burnt my hand, the one exercise that has remained constant is Olly as it's got to be done rain or shine and he watches me with those big spaniel eyes all day long til he sees his lead and me putting my old dog walking jacket on, we've been back on the freezing cold beach again today, i think it's his favourire place as he loves to chase the feathers and get soaking wet! brrrr it was chilly down there but it doesn't half put colour in your cheeks [sporty]

i've had another 100% Day, how's it going for everyone else?

The bike and I are getting along just fine Marie.[msnwink] I'm looking forward to the new Wii game coming out soon too so should get even more excercise in.

Had a good day today, trying to up my speed and super speed foods to at least five a day, I have managed at least 7 the past few days. [msnsmile2]

Julie good to hear you have arrived, enjoy[msncool][msncool] it's freezing in the North West today and very windy, just like a winters day.

Julie, the weather sounds wonderful[msnsmile]- good to hear you arrived safely, despite the scary moment[msnscared]

Fiona, great news that you managed to sort the insurance, at least that is one chore to tick of the list[msnsmile]

Paula, the exercise bike sounds like a great idea. I am just relying on walking or the occasional trip to the gym at the moment.

Fairly good day except for some oven chips. DH cooked some Aunt Bessies oven chips and they are delicious, so pinched a few more than I intended from his plate - this was on top of the baked potato he cooked for me [msnsad]

Got to agree with you there Brenda, Aunt Bessies are by far the best oven chip. The only chips I like better are chippy chips with loads of salt and vinegar...................but lets not go there[msnembarrased]
