    Can non UK residents use this book with CAR hire ?

    Is this site restricted to UK residents or can I (from Canada) book via CAR hire ?

    This is not problem with booking your car hire with the links, you have to select the budget car hire, as they are the only agents that at the moment take the prepaid voucher from this site.
