    Flight Cancellation

We have just found out our BA flights for Jan have been cancelled. We have been offered the choice of alternative flights and just wondered how easy it will be to amend our car hire (US Car Hire) and airport parking bookings. Has anyone else experienced this in the past?[msnsad]

It will be really simple - just let Roger or John know what your new flight details are, and they will sort everything out.

We had our flights changed by United to later arrival times. I emailed Roger and he changed our car hire booking for us without any problems at all.

No problem at all, especially with this much notice and what is more, in my experience, there are no charges unlike other companies. Where were you flying to with BA Denise?

Roger is great with these sort of problems. He has sorted things for me within hours, cannot praise him enough for all the help he has given.

Thank goodness for the forum. They have cancelled our return flight without telling us - BA say they have no email address for us but it is on the Manage Your Bookings page. They will offer no help finding flights and don't care. They say it is nothing to do with them as we booked with Opodo. Finding a return flight is likely to cost an arm and a leg so it will probably mean cancelling our trip.

The perfect end to a dreadful year. [msncry]

Obviously BA have obviously not heard of 'customer service' nor are they worried about goodwill if they are not prepared to help re-arrange your return flight.
