I would like to thank Roger and the team for coming up trumps today.
I had booked a car via OV but due to a printing problem did not have my voucher with me when attemping to collect it. Although I did have hand written details.
The staff at the Dollar desk were very helpful, but insisted that they needed the voucher in order to receive payment. They let me use one of their PC's to email Roger for a duplicate copy.
Within minutes,a duplicate copy was emailed and for good measure a faxed copy also.
Now that is what I call service.
Only book your car with OV and use Dollar is my recommendation.
Many thanks once again Roger.
They also upgraded the car.
So if you forget your voucher, which is, after all, an important document, all is not lost.
