We always stock up on DVD's when we're in Florida. We bought Shrek 3 and we were told by the sales assistant that on most of the new releases WalMart discount the price for the first 2/3 days. The labled price was $19.96 but we paid $14.99.
Don't know if this applies to the two disc sets as we rarely buy them.

i have bought quite a few on my last trip all classed as region A's but they work our region B player with no problems
