    sky sports in orlando

    Hi all,
We are going in June 08 and a couple of us were wondering if there is anywhere that shows Rugby League on Sky Sports within the Kissimmee/Orlando area.
    Cheers

You can't receive the Sky Sports (Astra 2) signal in USA so it would need to be some US broadcast company relaying the Sky Sports signal somehow. Sky doesn't have broadcast rights in North America, so I doubt that's possible legally.

I doubt any of the US-based sports channels such as ESPN show rugby league, but maybe you could find a Spanish-language channel showing it? Otherwise I think you'll be out of luck.

A sports bar is your best bet.Beef O'Bradys on the 192 and the 27 show lots of different sports all at the same time, they have most of British football but not sure about rugby league!

The one that Andy is talking about is at the front of our community and I went in there a few times in the summer, never saw rugby league though.

Satanta shows rugby on TV here. I dont get it because it's only available on dish. I have cable! But you can subscribe monthly to their website and watch it online. Bring a laptop! I was in St Louis for a month earlier this year and got to see some Chelsea games on Satanta. But be warned, it's a small picture, and without a fast connection speed it'll be fading in and out all the time.
I know The Cricketers on I Drive show rugby games now and then. Check their website.
