Can anyone give us an approximate cost for the purchase of an average 3 bed villa in Orlando/ Kissimmee area?

Thats a bit like asking how long is a piece of string.....

Do you want new build....resale.....how many sq ft....one or two living areas....how much land do you want....the list goes on.....you need to go to say yahoo and see if they have anything of interest .....they now tell you if a place is STR or not most of the time....or find a good realtor......tell them everything you want.....always ask the name of the builder and check they have no nagative websites about them online.....like this buildersucks.com.....

If your looking at a new one. Then $165 - $225 for a fully furnished house with pool and maybe a jacuzzi. If your looking at resale anthing from around, depending on the condition. Add another $5k for closing costs.

Don't forget realtors costs if they use one.....I've talked to a lot of people from the UK who had a shock in finding out you paid for a realtor to find you a house....

    Try www.realtor.com or www.planetrealtor.com for re-sales.
