We have friends who are asking us to pick up a Nintendo Wii from Orlando next week. Are the games compatible?

AS far as I am aware the consoles and games from the US are not compatible to those here in the UK.

You can only play US games on the US Wii and Uk games on the European Wii. I would have thought that Wii's are still in short supply in US as they are over here at the moment.

Don't think its quite as bad with supply in the US.

When we were over in Sept/Oct. we saw quite a few for sale even in places like Walmart and Target.

One of the two friends has bought one from the Trafford Centre today. Rationed to one only so couldn't buy one for the other friend!

i bought one in walmart and also have a good site that ships US games to UK for a good price just ordered sonic and knuckles do the olympics cant wait to play it at xmas
