Its beautiful here on Cape Cad MA...warm almost spring like...the leaves are still on the trees and the colours are wonderful...the first real fall we have had in our 8 years living here....the sky is a deep blue not a cloud...we even have flowers in the garden...the temp here this morning is only a Little off of parts of FL..it would be nice to have Snow for Christmas...we have always had a little...

Hi Kassie didn't realize you lived in Bury We have friends in Ramsbottom,we visited them at Easter this year climbed to the summit of Peel Tower nearly killed me.
I hope you get your boiler fixed very soon

Yes, we are not very far from Ramsbottom, have never actually climbed to the top of Peel Tower, I must try it some time. Hopefully we will be sorted tomorrow, they are coming to have a look at the boiler.
