flights for august 2008

does anyone have any idea of flight prices for next august, we will be booking shortly but wondering if we leave the flights for a while what sort of price they will go for say after christmas?
gatwick to orlando or tampa,direct flights only, am trying to get an idea before definately booking the villa/car etc, we said we wouldnt take Lauren out of school during term time, shame we have to pay the mega price for it, doesnt really encourage people to do the right thing does it??

Virgin are going for £763 each at the moment.

We got quoted £2700.00 with Virgin for 3 adults and 1 child, even though one of the adults will be 12. Indirect are coming up at around £2200.00. Still shopping around.[msnwink]

Liesa, you have your Virgin miles. Did you add them after your flights in October?
If you use them your flights will come in cheaper.
You could even fly to Miami with Virgin as it's a place on your "to visit" list[msnwink]
Then fly back home from Orlando.

We are having the same problem with April Liesa. Beginning to wonder if we will be able to go again for a while due to Millie being in School now although i did find a deal last night with American Airlines Flying into Miami. Just waiting for them to get back to me with an Infant in Lap price as their website doesn't allow for this.

Liesa, try US airways they usually have good prices but they are not direct that is the only drawback. Aer Lingus may have some great deals as they have re-instigated this route to orlando; the plus point of this route is you clear immigration in Ireland.
