My son and daughter in law hired a car with the gold insurance from Dollar through this site which they picked up from Orlando International on Friday afternoon. This is the first time they have travelled to Florida on their own so the first time they have had to deal with the car hire side of the holiday.
Andrew rang me on Friday evening to say how easy it all was. No pressure at all from the man on the Dollar desk to upgrade or add any extras, he looked at the car hire voucher and just said "you've got everything you need covered". They said he was really pleasant chatting to them about the great weather they were having at the moment as he sorted all the paperwork and they were on their way in a matter of minutes.
So thanks guys for your usual great service and if your chatting to anyone at Dollar in the next few days please pass on the thanks for making the start of their holiday so straight forward.
