I didn't know BA had a sense of humour! I thought it was a You Tube mickey take at first. Hilarious but I can see it backfiring. I can just imagine the kind of comments crew will get after this. Probably not as bad as when we went 'Elizabethan' though. I'll never forget the humiliation of asking businessmen if they wanted coffee, tea or posset [msnembarrased] !

Nina what about the ad where we all had a clean shirt for the business men when they spilt coffee - some really believed we had a stock of clean shirts LOL!!!!
