    delay in processing payment

    Hi All

    I placed my order on sunday and am yet to receive confirmation that my payment has been processed. The confirmation email states that last minute orders can be paid for on collection but I've asked to collect them on the 31st! Hardly last minute!

    Has anyone else had delays like this? I've sent three emails and left two messages on answering phones but haven;t had any response. Getting a bit worried really!

    I've emailed a link to this thread to Martin, who looks after the park tickets side of things. I can confirm we have also received your fax asking the same question.

    your order was processed earlier today. You should have received the directions to our office automatically. Send me a DM if you have not recieved the email as we do have trouble with googlemail's spam filters.

    Check your delete folder,for some reason our comfirmation went straight into there.

    Thats great thank you, I have now recieved a confirmation email. I was worrying because although they were booked in my name, my partner paid for them (we have different surnames and different billing details!)I didn't know if this could be causing confusion.

    All sorted though, can't wait to get out there.
