Villa Next October

We are looking to hire a villa and would like to hire from an individual as opposed to going through a large comapny as we have had problems in the past.
The dates that we are looking at are for next October(4th to the 25th). We need a villa large enough to suit two couples and one adult, so quite a small villa by the standards that we have experienced so far, would suffice. We would ideally like the following (In order of importance):
Own pool, not overlooked.
Club house with facilities on the estate.
Restaurants within walking distance.

In the Disney area but we tend to only visit Universal in this area and visit Busch Gardens 2 or 3 times during our stay.

Can anyone recommend a villa / area?

Home owners aren't allowed to respond to accommodation requests on the forum (because you may get unverified homes presented to you).

You need to make an enquiry on the above links (at the top of each forum page) where you can put in your dates and requirements and you'll receive replies from home owners that have availability and can meet your requirements. Note that each of the websites above have different owners so, if you want the widest choice, you need to make an enquiry with all of them.

Renting a Florida home direct from an owner is the very best way to stay as your owner has the most knowledge about their own home and you can feel free to ask them any questions you wish. Far better than renting via an agent and not knowing exactly where you're going to end up until you get there!

You can't go wrong renting through this site! Every villa on the site has to be verified on a regular basis to continue advertising here. You will know exactly what you are getting and I will bet that you will not be disappointed! Best wishes with your plans!

You will have a great time looking at all the villa available and you will be sure that they are verified rather than getting replies direct from the forum which could have come from anywhere - do beware of anyone who DMs you directly as OV owners are not allowed to do so.

Paul - I can't add anything to the comments above regarding finding a villa, however it is really nice to see someone else who's a Busch Gardens fan. If there was ever a hidden gem around Orlando that so few people get to it's Busch Gardens. Good on you for heading there and here's hoping you have the best days out ever.
