Yipee,

Just found a new series of Top Gear on BBC America started today.

Yes its last years, but its better than nothing. Just watched Clarkson and the team set fire to the car wash when they took their home made soft top Espace through.

Is TG back on in the UK, and is "the hampster" back presenting.
Have they shown the footage of the crash yet??????

They have showed footage of the crash - as I remember it they delayed showing the rest of the series until he was back presenting.

I wonder if they will show the episode when they all went over to the USA for a road trip. Personally I found it hilarious - but some people on here thought it offensive. It would be good to have an american point of view on it.

Offensive? Why would it be offensive? I didn't se the show, but it would take alot for a Brit to offend an American.

Wait until you see the American episode and then make your mind up. They are actually chased out of one state for offending the people there.

That really was a bad crash, can't wait to see the footage of that either.

Hamster is fully recovered now. I have just watched the one off summer 2007 special in which all three raced to the North Pole. Hamster was on a Sleigh and Clarkson/May were in a pickup. It was very funny and very dangerous especially when the ice cracked to reveal the sea below them.

I would not believe everything you see as they have owned up to 'setting up' some of the stunts, eg the fire brigade were 'in' on the one where they went on a caravan holiday and the van caught fire.

They just showed the the start of the new series tonight, with the Hampster back and they showed the crash at the end.

He really was lucky to get out of that!!

Amazing footage though, the kind of stuff that you just have to watch.

How far behind are we now, roughly when was that shown in the UK?
