has anybody stayed at mariner cay drive southern dunes It doesnt exist according to google earth and im going next week many thanks

It most definitely does exist. It is just that Google earth is not that up to date. This area was the last part of the villa community to be completed and is just past the condos and Lake Joe on the right hand side. Our villa is also at Southern Dunes and we watched them being built.

The clubhouse is now open for dinner Friday evenings plus there is happy hour from 4 to 6 pm and the breakfast brunch on Sunday morning is always very popular. You also have a 24 hour Walmart only a few 100 yards away and the very very popular Manny's also just outside the gates.

Have a great time Maisy On google earth it is the small brown area just by lake Joe, but as Jill says it is all finished and looking great If you have sat nav, you need to put in Southern Dunes Bvld as that is the closest it will get you.

I can assure you it definitely does exist, Mariner Cay Drive is a loop road off Southern Dunes Boulevard. The images on Google Earth are several years old, Our villa is still shown as a patch of earth but has been completed well over two years.

Hi...i own on Sunset Ridge near I4 on US27 and even our villa built in 2005 still isnt shown on any US map or Google Earth etc, the US are so far behind on updateing their maps, i know there was a vast build program going on in Florida and i think they cant keep up with it..

Many thanks for all your replies, slight problem in my posting i said that i was going, it is my brother-in-law, my family and i have to wait until january 08 for our florida fix.
