That's pretty close, ours is a 30 x 15 foot pool and charge $175 per week

You need pool heat from late OCTOBER / MARCH and then it can get cool nights until possibly end of APRIL depends if you like a nice warm swim we do .[msnsmile2]
Keep the blanket on the pool to conserve heat also .

Mod, once you've stayed in a villa you'll never want to stay in a hotel room again [msnwink]. Not all owners charge separately for pool heat but you are sure to need pool heat in November. Keeping the blanket on when you're not using the pool will make a huge difference.
