I think Target goes live around the 9th March. They have been advertising for staff since Xmas.

I drove past day before yesterday and it is amazing the progress just from October and with the next new development coming at the end of the CR54/US 27, it's an exciting time!

When we were there last week it said Target was opening 8th March. The entrance appears to be opposite Home Run Blvd, not opposite Tourist Information Centre as there is no opening across the central reservation at that point for the South bound traffic to enter.

Hi Frances... we used to be able to get out of Sunset Ridge and go straight across, then some nasty person filled in the cross over [V]so now we drive over some waste ground to the gas station and onto HRB trafic lights to cross over.Other wise you would have been able to go straight across into Posner Park. Be great when its open so we may get a hint on the other retail park by CR54....

Malcom, the work is already well under way behnind the 54/27 it's amazing it just comes on leaps and bounds in no time at all!

We gave up using the waste ground as a short cut to the lights this year - it is so just so bad now we were scared of grounding the hire car!! we go down to the u turn now - just as quick!

Frances....back out in April...will make another track for you

They are building a new access road out of Sunset Ridge to meet up with HRB that will run behind the Chinese and the petrol stn, the County have bought the land off Sunset Ridge HOA but not sure when it will be started.

Ian ...Depends if price is right etc, not seen the actual plans of the new site to see if the petrol stn will fit in with it, to be honest i think it will stay as there are not many other gas stations on that side of the I-4 realy to serve that sub-division area
