Haha, I just noticed this! Reminds me of the time I couldn't access the local Middlesex bus timetables, because BA's website 'nanny' software blocked any sites with the 's' word in

Hi...JC Pennys and Target infastructure is now almost compleat, there is no official list at the moment as to who all will be in there, when we were there in October there was just the shell of these two stores up and the signs just mentiond these two stores "with more to come..."
    But found this.....

Posner Park's progress was not being released because of confidentiality requirements in the contracts being negotiated with many of the major retailers that were discussing building stores on the property. Many of those names were released last month, however, and they include some of the best-known outlets in the country: Target, J.C. Penney, Belk, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Staples, Ross, Michael's, PetSmart and Books-A-Million.

The first store to open, Patkin said, will be Target, which will likely begin accepting customers in April.

Further down the road, probably sometime in 2009, the second phase of the project - which Pantlin termed the "lifestyle" phase - will see such things as high end restaurants and a theater complex with as many as 18 screens opening in an area of the state that has been totally lacking such amenities.

All of this was exactly what Janet Lehrer and her neighbors wanted to hear.

"We're just glad to see more shopping coming to the area," she said. "And dining. We really need more dining."

But Posner Park isn't just about retail shopping becoming available in Davenport and Four Corners. Pantlin said the first phase alone will generate some 1,500 to 2,000 jobs. And Jane Patton pointed out that a project of this size and scope will have a major effect on the entire business community, including the chamber of commerce.

"They (Posner) want to partner with us and be part of the community," she said. "It's a different level of business support than what we've had in the past. A lot of it is corporate instead of the mom-and-pop kind of businesses."

AS you go down the slip road, before you know it, you are on the I4.

I THINK that the entrance is south of the I4 before you come to the eastbound sliproad. From what I can remember, the entrance is almost opposite Bob Evans, but can't be sure.

It's just before the entrance to the I4 if you were coming up to Posner towards Davenport. We were driving back from Lake Wales and decided to have a look last week or so, it's really coming on. The shopfitters were in Target and a few other stores were well on their way to being completed.

We have watched this come on in leaps and bounds over the last 3 weeks and are looking forward to when it opens.

Access is the last northbound turning on US27 before the exit from US27 to I4 east towards Orlando.
