There is no such thing as a boring Florida holiday report. You are there and just do as you please. Swim, shop ,sunbathe ,do whatever the mood takes you ,just have fun relax and enjoy . Ive been getting the odd twinge in the knee recently and its not funny so take good care of your knee and dont overdo things . Have a ball .

Where do you think would be the cheapest place to get Glucosamine ?

Depends what strengh you need. I need to take 1500mg per day and found when we were there in August that CVS pharmacy were selling two for the price of one for 60 tablets so bought loads to bring home. Walmart are good if you need a smaller strengh.
