Additional drivers with Alamo

We have friends arriving 2 days before us who are picking up the rental car, but we need to be included on the insurance. Does anyone know if they will be able to include us on the insurance when they pick up the car.

Jackie, you will need to show Alamo your drivers license. They can add you at the airport when you arrive, that is what I did when Alan arrived a week after me.

Thats correct, you do all have to show your licenses in person before being included.

You can do this at the Alamo office in the garage instead of going back into the airport.
I mentioned the garage office as I thought they would be picking you up when you arrive, if not as CDV says you can call in at any Alamo office to be added

You can do it at any Alamo office Jackie, they just print a new contract and you all sign it.
