hello can you tell me please when you fill in your childs visa waiver do you sign the forms in your name or sign your childs name.

I still sign the forms for my kids, and they are now 15 and 12.

Your kids will need to do the fingerprint and face photo at immigration when they are 14 until then the parents are responsible
