The Johnson family vacation 2007 - part 10

Saturday 1/9/07

This was our last full day (boo! hiss!) so we had decided to go to Wet 'n' Wild. As there was rain forecast for the afternoon, we thought we should get there as early as possible but it was still about 10.30am when we arrived. Barney loved the wave pool and the kids play area so we spent the morning between those 2 as Sam didn't want to go on any of the big slides. After a bit of lunch, we were just deciding what to do next when the heavens opened in spectacular fashion so we decided to call it a day. Once home, I spent the rest of the afternoon packing.

At about 6.00pm, we headed to Key W Kools for dinner (very nice) and then onto Old Town for the Saturday Night Cruise. We got there just in time and managed to get a good spot.

After one last trip to Walmart for some sweets to take into work, we went back to the house to finish the packing.

Jude practically handcuffs herself to the villa on the last day - I have to drag her out every time.
Have to say, I feel the same.
Whenever we go anywhere other than Florida I always feel ready to go home by the end of the holiday, but when it comes to Florida I always want to stay longer.
