has anyone done the Skycoaster in Old Town?

it looks great, but wondered if anyone had any first hand experience of it?

My daughter and her friend went on it and said that you actually pull the cord yourself when you are ready.......it took her ages to get up the nerve, , she said it feels like you are free falling.........both of them said they would never do it again!

Hubby finally convinced someone to go on this with him this summer (after 3 years of deliberating!) He said it was awesome and can't wait for our next trip because he has already decided he needs to do it again. You are responsible for releasing the cord yourself and then you apparantly plummet head first towards the lake below you. He said the only 'oh no' moment was when the wires went taught and they heard a slight 'ping' which sounded exactly like a wire snapping. His only word of advice was not to eat before going on there.
