Gosh the news made me cry twice tonight, when he as singing and the funeral in Liverpool
I sat up and watched the Arena programme about him, what a lovely man, and what a voice. My father loved his singing and we used to buy all his records for him while he was alive, it really made me think about about Dad. CDV you were not the only one in tears during the news, it's getting worse every day.

Yes I sat up and watched it, they also had his last concert on at 7pm , wonderful, brilliant man, I could listen to that voice for hours !

Yes I stayed up and watched the Arena programme too, he was just so amazing. I am sure he will have a lovely send off on Saturday.
