Has anyone used Unitours, a travel company based in Manchester?

Melfrank, No, but I have seen their prices and seem really cheap. Be wary if flydrive is compulsory, as sometimes, with the additional insurance they make you take for the car hire, it isn't always as good a deal as it first seems. Get an all inclusive quote, note, which airline, including everything and then shop around. At least you are comparing like for like then.
