Sat-Nav rental period query

Hi,
When you rent a Sat-Nav device from the Car Hire site linked on this site do you rent just for the period that you need it in the states or do you rent it a week early to ensure that you get the device before you leave for the trip?

you rent it for the period you are going for (2 or 3 weeks)

the service is great and you will get it delivered a few days before you leave and it comes with a return addressed special delivery pre paid packet for it to be sent back

we went 17th-31st march with overnight flight back sunday 1st april

the sat nav arrived at my home by special delivery on the 15th and we posted it back the first available day which was the monday 2nd april

no problems at all and i would highly recommend hiring one [msnsmile]

Order it using your flight dates (it must be orderd for the enitire stay and not just part of it). The unit will arrive with you no later than 1 working day before you fly and is returned on the same basis (prepaid envelope provided).
