As we hired a car for 21 days this year through Dollar using our Dollar Express membership they have awarded us a "reward benefit certificate" allowing us to have one days free hire in the US as long as it is taken within the next 12 months.
Can this certificate be used when we next book a Dollar car through US Car Hire?

Gill, we got one of these but if my memory serves me right it only can be used if you book up direclty with Dollar, which is more expensive than booking through US Car hire, so you don't save anything [msnwink]
Yes, unfortunately it can only be used if booking directly with dollar.com and even with the free day, by the time you have added on all the fees, taxes, insurances and surcharges will still be more expensive.
I got one of these too, it's really basic though and you have to pay for everything else on top!
