We had a lovely day out in London Zoo an saturday; haven't been for many years and it has so improved.

In the rain forest section, the smallest monkey in the world climbed painstakingly up a concrete pillar to join us on the outside; what a thrill.

Rather strangely, the exhibit that caught our interest for the longest time was the ant farm!This drew quite a crowd so we were not the only ones to be entranced

Did you travel on the canal boat ride from Little Venice? It stops at the zoo and you get to see all manner of interesting things that you don't see on the roads.

I love the zoo, When my kids were young we used to have a yearly membership for Dublin Zoo and we made great use of it and were invited to see all the new babies in advance of the public.
