My son too got his A level results. I am soooo proud, he got 4A and 1B so has got into Trinity College Oxford to study physics.[msnsmile2]
I have just become a teacher of chemistry at 6th form college and though I don't think much of the brand new science GCSEs, the A levels are really hard. The AS group I have had since May got their results (though I hadnt taught them before the exams ) and I was so disappointed that loads of them got ungraded. They just hadnt been taught well and it is impossible to teach yourself that stuff. It really is difficult.

Well done to your son Chris.

My son took physics A level and said it was difficult.

He is going to study Electronic and Electrical engineering at Leeds.

    Hi everyone

I am one of those proud mums. Our daughter took 3 A levels and got the three in A grade. We are so proud of her and one day will be hopefully working for the bbc in manchester.

She has been excepted in Bournemouth....miriam will be studying Broadcast Journalism.

I havent been online for over a year and wanted to see if someone had written in about the results and Im so proud.

    Rebekah

well done to everyone who got the A results and wish all students the best in all they do.[beer]
