"The Hamlets"

Can anyone tell me about this community? How hard would it be to get to Disney and other places? Anyone stayed there?

We have our shortlist down to 4, but there is one in this community which is an area I havent looked before and would appreciate any insight! ty!

The Hamlets that I know are part of our Westhaven Development at Championsgate. We are in The Sanctuary, and The Hamlets, The Manor and The Abbey are just up the road

12 minutes drive up I-4 to Disney, and easy access to I-4 West to Tampa and Busch Gardens

my villa is in the hamlets at westhaven
which is indeed 12 minutes from disney one stop up I4
not just off 192
if you want to go to 192 that is 10 - 15 minutes away depending where on 192 you want to be.

There is another HAMLETS .
(THE HAMLETS )it is a gated community of 53 properties just off the HWY 192 MARKER POST 12 on SEVEN DWARFS LANE adjacent to TARGET superstore .
This is a new estate completed 2 years ago .

Maureen is correct there is another Hamlets about 3 years old off the 192.

Hi,
If it's "The Hamlets" on the 192 you are looking at we stayed there last year (in Maureen's villa actually).
It is a beautiful estate and walking distance to the 192.
It is gated so it is secure, we loved it and would go again.

yes its that one, when I pull up community info it says 53 homes, its just an area I havent read about and wondered if anyone has any feedback on it

Hi,
Location, Location, Location, as they say, this place has it all.
It is so peaceful and yet not overlooked.
You can travel the length of the 192 on the local bus ("Old Town" if you fancy a beer)[msntongue]
They are indeed only a couple of years old and very well kept.
