Has anyone bought a Slingbox and used it to watch UK TV programmes in the US?

We have one and it's brilliant. We will be in Washington and Philadelphia next week for two weeks and the footie season starts next Saturday, so we will be able to watch some of the matches on Sky+ on our laptop in the US.
