There owner of the car wasn't even there he was in asda doing his shopping. When he came out and the manager spoke to him he was like 'well there is no damage to my car'. He looked at his car which was where he had left it as people pushed it back over, a window was open as there was a dog left in the car, and they put it into gear to stop it rolling away again. He just shrugged his shoulders about the whole thing and carried on putting his shopping in the car. There was an elderly man who saw it and said he couldn't help me as he had just had heart surgery but he did go back into the shop to ask them to put it out that the owner of the car should return to his car, all this time Jess and I were holding the car off us. I asked to man for his details as a witness but he just walked away[msnmad], didn't want to get involved, well thanks for that[msnsad].
Customer services must have altered the manager as that is when he came out with 2 trolly boys and a passing man who pushed the car back, so they didn't actually see it happen.
I am so mad that through no fault of mine I am landed with a excess of £325 or a damaged car[msnmad]. Asda are going to ring tomorrow to say if they have it on CCTV, but it is a shot in the dark as they said the cameras move all the time. Oh and guess who he insures with, yes asda[msnscared]. Looks like it may be my word against his.
