    If you are able to travel why not inform the airline of your injury and ask for assistance. They can provide a wheelchair for you from check in which saves the long walks round the terminal. You can also ask for help at the other end. There is a lot of standing around and queuing at airports and this is not good for swollen knees. It might help you enjoy the first few days of your holiday.

    Hi all, no improvement today[msnsad] Knee is very sore and swollen off to see physio again tomorrow.

    Spoke to my travel insurance (M&S) and as I have a yearly policy I am covered, which is good news[msnsmile]

    OK I have done it, phoned Virgin and they had changed my original seats[msnmad] I have now requested a bulkhead and a wheelchair[msncry][msncry]

    Off to the physio at 4.30[msnsad]

    Back from physio, not going to improve any time soon - could be 6 weeks[msnsad]thats if it heals by itself, may need key hole if it does not heal but will worry about that when we get back from Florida, I have been told to use a chair at Disney etc

    Had more ultra sound and electro treatment and been given exercises, plus rest and ice[msnsmile]

    sorry to hear theres not much improvement Julie, im sure you will feel more relaxed when on your way and that could help, will be thinking of you and hoping you will be fit and able to get around nicely without much pain!!!
