We've finally booked our 2004 holiday - 2 weeks on Esprit to hit the parks followed by a well earned rest at a condo on Beach Road, Siesta Key nr Sarasota. We've been to Florida quite a few times so are OK on the Parks etc but we'd welcome advice on dining out and other activities at Siesta Key,best beaches etc.
