UPGRADE TICKETS

Hi

We have tickets left over from our last trip four years ago when the children had kids passes.
I have been told that I can have the kids passes upgraded to adults for free for them.
I know that I would have to have this done at one of the customer service desks but which one would be the quickest and easiest to get to as we are thinking of getting this done as soon as we get off the plane before we go to the accomodation as we also don't know how many days we have left on them either.
We are flying into Stanford and staying on International Drive.

I think Disney have sometimes upgraded childrens tickets for adults free of charge although I'm pretty sure this isn't the norm and a fee will be made.

When we have had to make changes in the past we could only do that is the Customer Service in Epcot and then of course you have to use your tickets to get in.

I have heard from a different discussion forum that Disney will upgrade for free. I am unsure what to do now is there nowhere I can get my tickets checked out without entering the parks? Won't I be able to upgrade at one of the kiosks where people are paying to enter on the day?

Hi Michelle,
The upgrades from child to adult are free and you can get it done at the kiosk in Downtown Disney, not far from Disney Quest.
