    what to expect

hi we've only ever flown into mco before and i was wondering if someone can tell me what's the difference at sanford and if it will be easier

my main concerns are do you get off the plane and then are bussed into arrivals or is it a gangway from the aircraft door attached straight into the building?

and how clear are the directions to immigration? and car hire?

i've been told it's easier flying into sanford when compared to mco is this true

thanks in advance (the worrier)[msnembarrased] Mizzy

hi Mizzy, It's quite straightforward, and a lot smaller than Orlando. Because you don't have to walk so far it seems like a bottleneck at immigration when everyone arrives at once. (probably just my impression after a long flight) The car pick up is litteraly just outside of the builing. I think it may be a bit quicker going through Sandford than Orlando, but because of the extra driving the latter is better. Either way nothing to worry about, have a fantastic time [msnsmile2]

The immigration queue at Sanford will appear massive, but it is one central queue. I think this is a much better idea as I always seem to get in a queue with someone a few places infront that gets stuck at the immigration point for ages. Also no messing about with claiming your luggage twice.

My sister arrived at Sanford on Friday Marie and from landing she was in her car on the way to the villa is less than an hour.[msncool]

It is a matter of luck at Sanford.

There are a lot of planes arriving(and leaving)from Europe within a fairly short period. If you are unlucky enough to arrive just after a couple of jumbos you will queue at immigration and again for a car.

Time it right and you will be through very quickly.
