    Just Got Back

Just got back yesterday after a fantastic two weeks. We stayed in Rolling Hills which is 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom.
This was the 9th time we have been to Orlando and the 2nd time in a Villa and by far the best time we have ever had.
Best restaurants Carrabas / Outback Steakhous and Giardanos .
Best roller coater - Kraken at Sea World , closely followed by Hulk at IOA.
Best theme park experiance is Tower of Terror at MGM follwed by Mission Space at Epcot where you get two ways to do it , less intense and more intense. The more intense ride is the first time i have ever been on a ride that includes a sick bag the G forse is guite severe.
Best overall experience was the baloon flight well worth the early start totally amazing and relaxing. Would reccomend you do it in the first couple of days while your body still wants to get up early as it is a 5 am start.
If you go to the parade at Animal Kingdom , get yourself a table at the Dawa bar which is on your left just as you cross the bridge into Africa. You can enjoy the parade twice from here , when it starts and when it returns , on the return the crowds are small and you can enjoy it with a nice cool beer
If you go to Universal or IOA get the Express pass which cost us $40 each , well worth the expense as there is hardly any waiting time as you get to go to the front of the queues.
    Other attraction worth a mention.
At Epcot - Test Track and Soarin.
Animal Kingdom- Expedition Everest and Kali River rapids.
Sea World- Journey to Atlantis and Shamu Rocks.
MGM - Rock n Roll Rollercoaster and Fantasmic.
IOA -Spiderman- Dr Doooms Fearfall and Dueling Dragons
Universal -Jaws -Terminator 2 and The Mummy.
Magic Kingdom - Big Thunder Mountain -Pirates of the Caribean - Splash Mountain and Space Mountain
Anyway back to the real world now and work carnt wait to go back again

It is 5 years since we were last there and i found that 192 had really changed for the better it looks a lot better .All the times we ate out including breakfast ware along this stretch.
Another recomendation i would like to make is Cracker Barrel we only went for breakfast but it was brilliant food and service.

You sound as if you had a fantastic time Kevin, the only down side of going to Florida is the coming home and getting back into normal life. Glad you had a good time

Kevin it is always good to get someone else's take on things and you have given lots of helpful hints and tips from your trip. We always find a good remedy for that sinking feeling when you first get back is to start planning the next trip!

We are all feeling a bit down at this moment and are finding it hard to adjust to the time difference ,not being able to get to sleep untill the early hours and struggling to get up before noon.
Couple of other things i would like to mention.
Shopping, Prime Outlets (formally Belz) is going through a major change with a lot of construction going on not all the annexs are open.
Festival Bay , not all the units are open but should be brilliant when finished , the Cricketers bar which used to be in the Mercardo was nearly ready to open.
Premium Outlets , where we did most of our shopping is great, spend half a day there easy. With the exchange rate there are some great bargains. At the Addidas and Nike outlets ,trainers from $30, polos £10 and t shirts $5.
Florida Mall , still a nice way to spend some time and some bargains to be had.
Pointe , have to say was a little bit dissapointed here although some of the restaurants look first class.

Great feedback apart from the Cracker Barrell [sick][sick]

It would appear you managed to fit quite a bit into your holiday, let's hope it isn't 5 years before you go back again.
    Regards, Mark
