Millbrook Manor

Hi

We have seen a couple of villas for rent on the new developement of Millbrook Manor [not through this site i might add] and one of these suits our needs perfectly but we aren't convinced that the Villa will be ready as when we were over in October this year we passed by the site and nothing had been started yet. Does anyone know how this development is progressing and do you think it will be ready for villa rentals by March? We are wondering if we should perhaps be looking elsewhere but are split between waiting to see if it may be done and wanting to get something definite booked now. The Villa owner is saying that is is due for completion in December
but going by what we saw in October we aren't convinced.

Can't help you with whether the villa you are looking at will be finished by March, but would like topointout Marchis a very busy time for villa renatls. There is Easter and a lot of Americans like to holiday around March (think its their spring break).
If you want to gauranetee a villa that has all the things you want I would definately start looking now.
I would be very surprised if a villa could be built from scratch and ready for guests by March.

Hi I am waiting for my home to be build on Millbrook Manor.
I can honestly say no homes will be ready by March maybe soon after but not before April /May at the earliest.

hi brian , yes i think i can ditto luckylady s comments. we are also waiting for our dream villa (theres a few of us on here) but in fairness we dont think we'll be ready until next summer.
hoping its gonna be great when it is finished and its nice to see a millbrook manor query, but for the time being it may be best to look about,as depending on your dates the good villas will go quickly.

we'll sharp tell the world when the open sign goes up!!

What is the latest that you have heard about this development?

i am too a prospective owner in waiting?!
