Fast track tickets are only available from Universal, and have to be bought on the day you wish to use them. The price varies depending on how busy the park is - on busy days there are more expensive than on quiet days.
Disney run a fass pass system where you can get a fast pass for a ride and then come back later, you can only get a certain number of these a day.
Are your children into fast rides, if so you need to be looking at Universal Islands of adventure and possibly busch gardens. Sea world is a good place and can be a bit more relaxing than some other parks but also has a couple of good rides for the kids.
Disney can be hit and miss at your childrens age, but I'm sure they would like the water parks and Disney quest.
what ever you decide on be sure to get your tickets from this site.

well it would all depend on how much time you want to spend in the theme parks and then you need to build in rest days, shopping days and other things to see, like you said the space centre

i would highly recommend the park tickets website link on this forum

here's an idea of what you could be looking at

    starting with universal

    http://www.park-tickets.com/other-pa...park-flex.aspx

    add disney

    http://www.park-tickets.com/disney-p...premium14.aspx

    kennedy space centre
    http://www.park-tickets.com/other-pa...um_Access.aspx

if you start with a rough itinerary then you can work out just how many days you might need when it comes to park tickets[msnsmile]

    happy planning

Same here check out the tickets on this site, they are good value. I would check out the insurance on your car if your planning to travel outside the state. We thought of this a few years ago, fancied New Orleans, the car hire we had didn't allow us to, we would have had to change insurance. Also it is a fair distance to Gracelands you need to checkout the time it will take you to get there and back, you will need to stop over at various places. This kind of trip needs to be planned. In saying that it took us 3 weeks to get round Florida and still we had'nt seen it all.

Have a great time, i'am sure you will.

Gosh where do I start.....assuming no problem with funds, I would go for the 6 day Disney ticket (with free upgrade to 7 days...14 day expiration....it is only a few dollars more than the 4/5 day pass) and add the 5 extra water fun days so you can use the water parks and Disney Quest in between your park days. This way you can do the 4 parks, then revisit your favourite rides before going shopping on easier days. I would use these tickets for the middle 2 weeks

Also the 7 day Universal pass is only a bit more than the one day pass, so again you wouldn't have to do full park days there, just go back for the best rides! SeaWorld and Busch Gardens both have 2nd day free and are well worth a visit!

If you were thinking of going to Memphis this trip, I would definately fly (around $120), as you are looking at a 13 hour drive through mostly uninteresting countryside.

I drove from Hattiesburg, Southern Mississippi to Orlando 2 years ago, and it took me about 10 hours, and Memphis is about another 3-4 hours north of Hattiesburg.I also done Gracelands from Hattiesburg. It's Very 70's and tacky, but well worth the visit
