I was aware that you were not to contact people direct am i correct in thinking this? i have been DM'D twice this year from people off this forum asking me to contact them. I just feel this is not fair to others who stick by the rules.

It's against the rules for any owner to do that. We'd love to hear who did it (in total confidence).
Oh gawd - I think i've made a c--- up. I emailed somebody direct that came through to my email on the blue OPV Specific Enquiry. (Although it does say the guest emailed loads of others) Sorry i'm in a mess how do we have to go about answering these queries? I'm new to this site and not sure what I should be doing.

They are referring to villa owners DM'ing anyone who posts on here asking about availability. We don't allow this as the whole idea is guests use our villa rental sites to make enquiries.
If it's a villa specific enquiry through one of our rental sites then you do need to reply, even if you don't have availability as the guest will be expecting an answer to their enquiry..
