    Wild Arctic

You have a choice of either the helicopter route or the land route at the start of the queue. The helicopter route takes you to a rather lame motion simulator basically simulating a helicopter ride over the snow. The land route with much shorter queues just involves missing that bit out and walking to the main exhibit, handy when like us, you have a mother-in-law who chickens out of the motion simulator ride just as we were going in.
The main exhibit is inside a giant dome which is eerily lit to simulate the arctic sky. Very nicely themed ( or should I say icily themed!) it is the home to various Arctic animals, including beluga whales, walruses and most importantly Polar bears. There is also an interactive exhibit area.

If you have a Platinum Annual pass, you can take advantage of their "ride again" policy - you simply get off the ride and flash the pass and they escort to the front.

Embarrased myself completely as flashed my SILVER pass and they kindly told me that I didn't quality and escorted me to exit!!!
