URGENT " Need a Villa for rent "

    Hello ,

I'm really desperate ! and kind of late ,

I want a 3 bed villa in Southern Dunes or Crescent Lakes from the
9th of July till the 9th of Aug.

If not available in these two areas , a villa on a lake near the
    attractions would be fine.

I'm tired of searching , everything is BOOKED ! [msnscared]

and I'm paying for the tickets today which are not refundable ,

Can u help me please ? [msnsad]

    Appreciate it , thanks

Have you made an inquiry thriough the 3 sites here? Owners cannot reply directly to forum posts. If you cannot find one for a month then try for 2 villas and book them back to back. Dont limit yourslef to lake homes either.

I would also suggest you don't limit yourself to just 3 beds, very often there is not a great difference in price between the 3 and 4 bed villas but there are more 4 beds to choose from and as you want 4 weeks at quite late notice you may have to be a little flexible. Another option you may want to consider is having a week or two on the gulf coast.

I think you need to widen your options if you are limited to these dates and are paying for flights! I would do a general enquiry for any 3 or 4 bed villas. If the 3 beds are all booked there are more 4 bed properties.
I think at this stage you may find it difficult to get a villa with a lake view.
I would not limit yourself to certain areas - everywhere is easy to access for the main attractions - there are lovely homes on all communities.
    good luck

As said before you could split you time between 2 villas .
It is a very busy time in FLORIDA as school holidays .
    Good luck .

    Hi

As others have said, there will be more villas available out there if you just widen your search a little.

Also, there are four different villa rental sites associated with this forum, you could perhaps try some of them?

I'm sure you'll get a lovely villa for your month in Florida.

    Best of Luck
