If anyone's in Florida round these 2007 dates, you might just be lucky enough to catch a shuttle launch.

03 August - not a shuttle but a launch nevertheless

09 August - includes a teacher, Barbara Morgan, who is the current Teacher in Space programme member and was back up to Christa McAuliffe on the programme until her death in 1986 on Challenger.

We fly out on the 10th so ar ehoping it will be delayed. We had tickets for th elaunch last August but didn't see it as it was delayed well into September. It will be just our luck that this one goes on time.

We were the same we had tickets for last August's launch and never got to see it. We fly out on the 12th so I am hoping that it will be delayed again and we can get to see it.

We were SOOOOOOOO lucky to see the launch of STS-98 in 1998 on our first Disney holiday.

Absolutely awe inspiring, and need not cost you a cent over the fuel to drive to Titusville and park at the side of Highway #1 to watch.

We're over again in December this year, arriving on the 8th, so we're keeping our finges crossed that the launch of STS-122 will be delayed by a few days.
