Heres my ADR's so far, for me and the wife and 2 kids (4&5) for our trip covering July & August

Any comments or suggestions of others i should consider welcomed

July 25th Cinderella Royal Table Breakfast
July 28th Hollywood & Vine Jo Jo & Little Einsteins Lunch
    August 2nd Breakfastosaurus
August 4th Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner
August 8th Crystal Palace Pooh & Friends Dinner

Dine with Shamu for us was a must, loved it.

In Universal, there are some lovely restaurants in the Island of Adventure part, although the eat all day option for if I remember $24 is great value, We go early and have breakfast lunch and dinner.

Also one of the forgotten character dinings is in Epcot, in the land pavillion, its not a buffet style, but a table service but you can still eat as much as you like, beef, turkey and breaded catfish, with loads of vegetables, we have a lunch here when possible, and the characters are Mickey, pluto, chip n dale.

Just for those who are wondering, I'm assuming ADR = advance dining reservations [msnsmile].

i don't think you would need to do two character brekkies within days of each other

unless your children are both girlies i would stick to the chef mickey one and ditch the cinderellas table, i may be wrong but the chef mickeys is a buffet style and the cinderellas table is served to you so there may not be as much choice for the little ones

and if your children are girls then as well as the princess table brekkie you might like to consider the tea and storytime with alice in wonderland over at the grand floridian, this might be worth swapping over to instead of the liberty tree tavern?

and how about the garden grill in epcot for lunch or dinner this is with characters and the restaurant slowly revolves

we did dine with shamu at seaworld and i would recommend it[msnsmile]

    Thanks MIzzy,

having been fortunate enough to dine in the castle many years back, I wanted now to take my own children their (son 5 daughter 4) for their first experience of something that not so many get to do

Really there at the age for cute furry characters as opposed to dressed up real life characters (if you get what I mean)so hence our choices

did consider garden grill but have heard mixed revews of it both food and atmosphere wise

Or Adverse Drug Reaction - a more familiar use of this TLA (at least for me!).

Col-You asked for comments so here i go.... I've found that you pay more for the experience than for the food quality at the character things and i know that the last time i was at the Liberty Tavern we enjoyed the experience but the food wasn't great- the reason I'm saying that is i love eating out in the states at a wide variety of diners/restaurants etc and find both the prices and the quality first class--i don't know obviously what your views are but with a couple of others and your cruise thats about 10/11 nights -don't forget to try out some of the other yummy eating places!
